We have Opening For Administration for Techno Electromech Pvt. Ltd.

Designation: Admin Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Location: Vadodara.

Job Responsibility:

1. Vehicle Management – Plan and schedule vehicles for internal (between two plants)/outdoor work

2. Communicate & coordinate with scrap vendor as per intimation from superior, ensure the collected scrap is properly weighed & communicate the observations to superior. Ensure the scrapped is dispatched from the factory post approval from the superior.

3. Co-ordinate and follow up with vendors as and when required

4. Ensure upkeep of First Aid box/Medicines at regular intervals.

5. Supervise and manage housekeeping and related material for the factory daily

6. Adherence to water waste management

7. Adherence to the horticulture management

8. Co-ordination – general maintenance – RO, Drainage, leakage, paver block, doors-shutters-windows, AC, All types of available furniture

9. Verify security reports regularly

10. Tea/Coffee/vending machines management

11. Arrange travel arrangements (bus /train) tickets for employees

12. Verify travel expenses of employees as per the company policy

13. Verify all the telephone/Mobile/Electricity/Fuel pump bills and ensure timely coordination with HO for payment

14. Prepare necessary documents & registers required for compliance as per the factories act.

15. Co-ordination and manage all activity related to employee engagement

16. Manage/arrange lunch for the guests

17. Stationery material management

18. Arrange /coordinate lunch for the guests

19. Coordination for Timely renewal of fire and safety equipment

20. Cost-saving initiatives to be taken regularly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
