We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the university, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the university to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth execution of university programs and activities.
• Implement and manage operational plans, projects, and processes in line with the university’s strategic objectives.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial management for operational expenditures.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and partners, to support university operations.
• Handle emergencies and unforeseen issues, implementing solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Report regularly to senior management on operational progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, financial management, and regulatory compliance in the education sector.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
