Recruitment: · Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels· Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility· Conducting/scheduling interviews with next in line managers, checking references and credit· Follow up with candidates & associates and assist the candidates’ transition and on boarding· Network and build long-lasting relationships· Handle all related documentation before and after joining· Close the vacant positions in allocated TAT at regular intervalsHR Generalist Activities: Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employeesFoster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connectedPromote a positive and open work environment, aligned to organization’s vision, culture and HR department, where team members feel comfortable in working and cherish a positive work life balanceParticipate / contribute in ongoing initiatives by the HR department to enforce coherent ambianceHandle salary and payroll of all locationsExit process and documentationSoftware records and data managementJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)Work Remotely:No
