About the Role
Technovedge is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who is responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to Inventya’s clients The incumbent would be responsible to make sure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner. The main focus of the role is delivering an excellent client experience to our clients, whilst assisting and upselling other products. At Inventya/Technovedge we promote growth and innovation, with the Service Delivery Manager being key to the overall success of our clients. The successful applicant will be one who helps clients to create a strategic roadmap that demonstrates how Inventya services can deliver exponential growth and revenue through the voucher scheme. The roadmap with be tailored to each client and services will be selected appropriately to deliver growth. This person will support Inventya customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of company products.
Key Responsibilities
· Onboard/Introduce new clients to Inventya services and capabilities by effectively communicating value to decision makers.
· Facilitate regular client calls and engagements in order to help clients build a strategic innovation plan and recommend a program of action that drives high value.
· Identifying client needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
· Act as point-of-contact for customers, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback.
· Ensure highest customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing customer experience.
· Define business objectives for the customer and develop a strategic direction for success.
· Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and internal team to work towards.
· Develop programs to increase engagement of customers and drive their key metrics, working closely with Inventya’s Business Development team.
· Consultative selling to build client relationships and understand their pains and gains.
· Identifying key opportunities for clients such as grant funding, funded support, and other opportunities to take advantage of Inventya services.
· Conduct regular retention and bright spot analysis of client book of business that provides insights into performance and key client engagement metrics
· Developing compelling proposals and leading initiatives to evolve Inventya services.
· To deliver, clear, concise business timelines to meet client needs.
· Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
· Act as a mediator between clients and the delivery teams.
· Own the engagement and adoption strategy at all stages of the customer life cycle.
Skills / Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or Marketing
· 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
· A customer-oriented attitude who drives results and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction
