Human Resources Associate

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled HR to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for carrying out our cultural activities and team engagements to make our remote team feel connected.

Responsibilities:

• Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to the appropriate person.
• Classify resumes
• Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
• Verifies candidate’s background by contacting references.
• Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
• Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
• Create a better presence of the company profile across profession and non-professional social media platforms

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with reaching and connect with people on professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, naukari, recruitee, etc
• Knowledge of the following tools

• Gmail
• Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar
• Google meet, zoom

• Administrative skills
