· Team Handling· System Implementation· All HR related MIS· Statutory Compliance (PF, Bonus, Gratuity, ESIC), IR Function.Ø Contractual Staff· Managing On-boarding, maintenance of attendance & leave tracker, payroll, etc. for contractual staff in coordination with third party service provider.· Ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered to by the third party service provider.Handling employee grievances and ensuring that the same is resolved in a timely mannerØ Training & Development· HSE Training & Development and Documentation· Preparation and planning of training schedule, organize the programmer, Training Feedbacks, Post Evaluation and their Record keeping etc.· 5’S TrainingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Indore – 452002, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
