Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and driven Accounts Executive to join our growing team at our company. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our day-to-day financials.
What you will be doing:

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
• Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Handle Banking relationship.
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
• Make certain that all tax forms are correct, compute and prepare tax returns and check that’s been filed to the required authorities on time.
• Working as a Liaison between the organization & CA.
• Preparing GST return, check on queries in GST return, File GST returns, Handle notices of GST.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Document financial transactions of various types by entering account information data.

What you will bring:

• 5-8 years of IT industry experience working into accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Loan documentation preparation knowledge.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables).
• Hands on accounting software (Tally ERP 9) knowledge.
• High proficiency in data organization, filtering, as well as combining functions.
• Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously.
• Experience with general ledger functions, Book-keeping, AR/AP and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Knowledge about the Indirect taxes i.e., TDS, TCS, PF, PT, Municipal Tax etc.
• Additional experience in Audit and International accounting.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, M.B.A (Finance), M.Com (Accounting), Masters in Accountancy, Inter CA, CMA.
