TecStub Hiring for Team Leader (US Accounting) at Remote Full Time

• As a Team leader, you will be responsible for managing different team members such as Account Executives, Account Associates, and Associate Team Leaders, etc… You will be working as a bridge between the team and client and make sure to complete the task in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the preparation of team reports, performance matrix reports, etc…

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the team which includes the task allocation to each member, setting up the deadline to complete the task, resolving the escalation, etc…
• Onboarding new clients & setting up the process
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Assist Directors, Managers to meet reporting deadline targets
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Conduct one to one meetings with each team member every month, and provide performance review
• Design & develop analytics reports for clients on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
• Fulfill ad-hoc requirements or data requests
• Improve the internal process of working & standardize the processes of the company
• Guide or alert clients on any procedural flaws or errors noticed in their financial controls for all clients under the team
• Consider ways that the company can revise client’s processes (daily, weekly, monthly, etc…) which will allow the company to prepare monthly financials on a timelier basis without sacrificing the quality of the accounting records
• Plan and execute year-end audits
• Review forecasts, budgets, and weekly performances to clients, month-end management accounts, and all the processes on a monthly basis
• Train the team on new processes, new clients, analytical reports, accounts payable; and support in query-solving

What you’ll bring:

• Must have 5-8 years of US Accounting experience including at least 1 year of exp. in managing/leading the team
• Must have worked with BPO/KPO /Accounting Outsourcing Company
• Must have experience in managing multiple clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent decision making & Logical skills
• Must have experience in finalizing the books and preparing the financial reports

• Experience working with QuickBooks desktop / online or any other Accounting Software

Educational Qualification:

• M. Com or M.B.A (In Finance), Inter CA, CA, ICWA, or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation

System Requirement:

• Candidate must have their own Desktop/Laptop with specific system criteria (8GB RAM/i5 or higher processor)
• The candidate must have the broadband facility to do WFH. (Min speeds require 40 MBPS)
