Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and play a crucial role in finding and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates for various job positions, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and requirements.
Source, recruit, and evaluate candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for the job.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and negotiating job offers.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or related field.
0-1 years of experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and hiring process management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
