The Specific duties of an operations Manager includes formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
1. Office license renewals/rental contracts and agreements etc.
2. Sales orders/Delivery/tracking/Escalations/updating customers and invoicing
3. Vendor account management/Supplier payments/Reconciliations
4. Signing NDA’s with customers
5. Labor filing Annually for India offices
6. Professional tax payments/e-filing
7. GST filing and payments/Lease with auditor’s office
8. Other operational needs as per its requirements.
Job Qualifications:
· Finance graduation with minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting field.
· Understanding of accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations and banking business
