Detail-oriented and organised
Strong communication skills
Strong documentation skills
Solid understanding of Gsuite features
Job Responsibilities :
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives
Maintain digital & electronic reports of employee
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
Coordinate training session and seminars
Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Produce and submit reports on general HR activities
