Frankfinn Aviation Services is seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Counsellors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer interaction and sales. The primary responsibility of the Tele Counsellor will be to initiate outbound calls to potential students, inform them about Frankfinn’s specialized courses, and encourage them to attend free career counselling sessions at our institutes.

As a Tele Counsellor, you will engage with prospective students, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about the various programs offered by Frankfinn. You will also be responsible for following up with students to track their interest and ensuring they attend the counselling sessions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions is a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students to explain Frankfinn’s courses and services.
• Encourage students to attend free career counselling sessions.
• Follow up on calls to assess interest and schedule counselling appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction for follow-up purposes.
• Ensure conversion of leads into scheduled counselling sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates and Undergraduates are also welcome to apply)
• Basic fluency in English and Telugu is required
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, customer support, or telecalling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving goals
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a customer-focused role

Additional Information:

• Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is preferred
• Compensation includes a salary hike on the candidate’s current in-hand salary
