Job Details: • Part of the HR team will be responsible for collaborating on all day-to-day onboarding activities from inception to closure • Ensure timely and accurate completion of employee offers and other documents • Maintain regular communication with both the candidates and internal teams and constantly manage their expectations • Act as a point of contact and build trusting employee relationships • Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity • Focused with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. • Must meet tight and frequently changing deadlines and priorities. • Agility for quick learning • Great written and verbal communication • Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills Requirements: • 2-4 years experience • Eye for detail • Accountability • Planned and organized • Impeccable Interpersonal skills • Clear speaking voice required for employee and • Effective Oral and Written communication • Fluent in English both written and verbal
