Description and Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in supporting applications hosted on the Linux platform.

Good understanding of databases and T-SQL or PL/SQL scripting.

Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with stakeholders from different teams.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.

Ability to understand basic unix shell scripts.

Flexible to provide support in US working hours.

Basic administrating knowledge of Web & Application Servers – Apache/Jboss and Windows/IIS.

Knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers and SSL certificates.

Experience with any incident and change management ticketing tool such as ServiceDesk, ServiceNow or Remedy.

Shift Timings: 6 pm IST (Weekly rotation).

Additional Job Description

Must possess good verbal written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
