Description and Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our CoE optionation with a minimum of 5+ years.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for contributing to the achievement of Organization goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Interact with various teams to coordinate CoE activities.

Track, Follow-ups, collaborate with CoE members to ensure deliverables meet timelines and milestones.

Organizing, attending , and documenting all meetings with various teams and stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, Run Campaigns across organization and publish CoE artifacts.

Maintain and publish CoE documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates

Monitor and control CoE tasks and take required measures and escalate whenever required.

Additional Job Description

Excellent presentation, written, oral communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or similar (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent time management and organization skills
