Full Job Description
Performing network surveillance for legacy voice services such as PBX, PSTN, PRI, BRI etc.

Alarm Acknowledgement in specified time frame.

Performing advanced troubleshooting as per guidelines and within a given time frame.

Triaging the tickets and assigning them to appropriate stakeholders within SLA time frames.

Attempting first level troubleshooting as per guidelines and wherever applicable.

Performing alarm correlation analysis for outages and taking corrective actions.

Follow up with stakeholders for fault closure.

Periodically posting updates to stakeholders.

Perform incident prioritization based on urgency, SLA impact and influence on business and action accordingly.

Capturing all information regarding the incident and documenting the same in systems and documents.

Ensuring incident resolution is satisfactory to the customer, is meeting all compliance requirements of our client and as per defined process and guidelines.

Update necessary documents, tools and send email updates to stakeholders with necessary details as per process.

Must be ready to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
