Job description

• Involved in the End to End Non-IT recruitment life cycle (Sourcing & Identify, Pre-qualify & Assessment, Applicant Tracking, Hire & On boarding).

• Conduct pre-screening interviews and educate candidates on interview process.

• Source for the relevant profiles, with the help of different job portals/resume portals & other sources like LinkedIn, references and Internal Database.

• Briefing the candidates about the job profile and scheduling the interviews with the line manager/HR Manager.

• Negotiating with the candidate regarding salary, notice period, &related issues in coordination with the client.

• Proficient in co-ordinating with the people and managing groups.

• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements

Qualification

• Any Bachelor’s Degree

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment

• Excellent communication skills(oral and written).

• Good presentation skills.
