Education: DME or B.E / B.Tech with background of Mechanical / Automobile Engineering / Production Engineering
Experience: 4 -7 years
Job Description: Work experience in Automotive industry (preferably Canning & welding industry), Should have worked in Production function, Should have good knowledge in ROBO , Should possess good knowledge in Production planning and Execution, Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management, Conversant in 4M Management, Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements, Shell rolling, shell forming, canning, stuffing, calibration, Robotic welding 6 axes robots, SS sheet metal welding, Leakage Testing, Heat Shield crimping, Laser/Trackability Marking, MIG and TIG welding knowledge is essential, Identification and implementation of productivity improvements, Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc., Exposure in SAP PP module, TS 16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills
