Role: Office Admin
Job Location: – Mumbai/Pune
GDC Admin – APJ will serve the APJ Sales & Services team while being part of the GDC team. He / she will work with the APJ leadership team, support the management team in managing a series of internal initiatives, or provide administrative assistance across an entire GEO-Region area. More details on what is expected for this role is provided below.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules
Coordination and communication with internal teams
Coordination and communication with external parties
Supporting management team (producing reports, creating presentations, composing correspondence, communication with supporting teams, organization of various events)
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Entering GRNs and approving invoices
Managing P-Card Purchases for ad-hoc spend
Organising catering, bookings and merchandise for events

Qualification Skills and Background
Education and Work Experience
3- 7 years of work experience in similar support roles
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
Location, Time zone & Travel
Workplace: This role is expected to be performed remotely following the company’s FoW policy (working primarily from a home location). Minimum travel could be required and is defined below.
Time zone: This role is expected to provide some overlap with APJ timings. Working hours would be 7.00am to 4.00pm IST
Travel: In this role, travel is expected to be minimal (up to 5-10%). Travel will depend upon the specific assignment and will likely be to a Teradata office or to attend required training at the request and direction of APJ Leadership team.
