Job Description

• To collate and verify the statutory documents declared by the Agents/Suppliers to HMRC. * To maintain a file recording the line level details of the declaration which will help us in matching accruals with payments. * To query and solve the open issues which might range from incorrect declarations to wrong accruals/wrong payments/refunds to be claimed. * To support in the workings of legal & professional fees, Review and Maintenance. * To provide support to my team colleagues and provide cover during holidays. * Preparation of reconciliation, posting journal entries and ensuring smooth month end close. * Understands the basic accounting and tax concept to ensure accurate processing of all financial transactions and the relevant systems to ensure correct processing of all financial transactions

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office – Excel, Word * Eye-to-Detail * Speed and Accuracy * Planning and Organizing * Numerical ability
