Job Description
Goal:
Work closely with Head of India, GBS to design and execute appropriate practices to install Lean six sigma, continuous improvement culture in the organization. Work with GBS leaders and their Opex team to identify required support to bring this change, conduct fact-based analysis and problem solving, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business impact through improvements in cost and stakeholder experience. The key responsibility of this role is to train and certify teams on some of the global practices like design thinking, statistical process control, experiment design, problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Deploy Teva GBS Operating model
Develop Strategy and Policy required to accomplish measurable business process improvements.
Set up lean Operating model, define the framework and deploy lean elements across GBS.
Drive Growth, Productivity, Cash, People and Enablers (GPCPE) rigor across GBS.
Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.
Develop Lean Six Sigma /Continuous Improvement culture by
Deploying Lean Six Sigma trainings across all levels covering Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black belts.
Coach and Train teams in utilization and deployment of Six Sigma tools and principles.
Responsible to drive L6S Certifications framework, Governance and L6S foot print coverage across GBS.
Lead a team of Lean Experts / Black Belts to drive Operational Excellence in GBS and work with various functional focus.
Mentor GB and Black Belt projects and facilitate to achieve productivity gains
Long Description
Lead Digital Transformation
Work with IT organisation, GBS IT focal to identify and facilitate automation opportunities
Lead Process Automation Team to design and deploy Automations covering RPA, Desktop automations etc. and deliver Savings.
Facilitate project management activities to deploy new technological changes to bring process transformation.
Lead Integrated Knowledge Management
Define Knowledge Management framework along with GBS Functional Leads
Develop SOPs and manage configurations.
Digitalize SOPs / ensure process compliance with SOPs.
Establish Demand Forecasting and Capacity Planning methodologies.
Lean Performance Management
Define the right KPIs, establish the baseline of process performance and drive improvements and monitor the KPIs.
Automate the KPIs measurement / monitoring using PBI, Tableau, Celonis, etc. dashboards.
Facilitate NPS / PSQI / Employee Engagement Survey, analyse and drive improvements
Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.
Track record of delivering business improvement projects at six sigma level

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
18+ years of experience in a Business Management, Strategy and Planning, Data Analytics, PMO and Operational Excellence, of which 5 years in a Managerial/Leadership position
Preferably MBA graduate from Tier I Institution preferably in Finance/Strategy/Operations
Self-Starter who can take end to end ownership on Change Management.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with and advise a diverse range of stakeholders at senior levels of the organization.
Master’s Degree and Certified Master Black Belt and has mentored Several Lean Six sigma projects for certifications across all levels.
Excellent in Statistical Problem Solving, Design of Experiments and Transfer functions.
Should have Operational Excellence experience in R&D, Manufacturing and Shared services.
Certified in PMP / Project Management certifications
