Texmo Pipes and Product Ltd Hiring for IT Manager at New Delhi Full Time

We the Texmo Pipe & Products Ltd. have our internal IT Team and below are the mentioned responsibilities with regards to IT which need to perform as a day to day work routine.

Hardware Domain:

1. To check the Internal server on regular basis

2. To reduce the load on internal server for smooth performance

3. To check Network on regular basis (LAN Network & Internal Network)

4. To perform software checking activity related to updating Anti-virus, updated
versions etc.

5. To check Firewall Network for protection

6. Formatting of Desktop/Laptop whenever required

7. Connection and changing of LAN Cable to create additional port when required

8. Regular maintenance of CAMREA’s to check if all are working properly

Software Domain:

1. Work related to SAP Software

2. To open account of Business partner in SAP

3. To create new item (Product) in SAP

4. Opening of new GL account in SAP

5. To create a Credit Memo in SAP

6. To update the price list in SAP

7. To issue GOODS/RECEPIT in SAP

8. To create a new query in SAP regarding Products, Billings etc.

9. To create a new Crystal Report in SAP

10. Data Open and Closing activity whenever required to protect data from miss-use

11. To lock administrator permission for ALL USERS in SAP

12. To create and open New YR SAP Report

13. To lock Posting Report in SAP

14. To create Production report by using SAP (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)

15. BPR Report

16. MTO & MTS Report

17. Kata Report

18. To check the Tracking application of Sale Person to solve queries

NOTE: – SAP Specialist is required which can perform all the task in SAP without any obstacle and Trouble shoot the day to day working when required. Ability to solve queries and connect to the SAP partner when server is down for smooth day to day operational activities without hampering daily billings etc.

Salary

35k to 40k (Candidates who expects more than this range do not apply)

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
