Description

The requisition of candidate for Pune location will be responsible for below responsibility.

• 4M management and monitoring

• Production data management

• Labor productivity improvement

• Initial line and process setup and management

• Daily maintenance, AM/PM and other maintenance activity

• Personnel Management Manpower Equipment / Machine

• Use of materials / Material Operating methods

• Responsible for daily production state and team members management

• Collect and summary production data and information and KPI Monitoring

• Implement production manager’s assignment

• Make production data entry in ERP in shift basis

• Support for the project work.

• Continued improve process to reduce the scrap

• Process improvement

• IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 System awareness, implementation and adherence.

• 5s & Safety at Plant

Qualifications

The hired candidate required below qualification

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile

Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile

Minimum 1-2 year of Experience
