• To succeed at this job, you must have a strong customer focus and prior experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• You must have past experiences on Linux/Windows-based OS, experience in monitoring/logging like DataDog.
• We would like someone to join our team who will have a strong customer focus and who is comfortable in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment. Have experience with incident and change management process.
• We are looking for someone with excellent network analysis fundamentals, robust troubleshooting skills with large scale customer support systems and processes.
