• Calendar management for executive for scheduling, maintaining and update calendar appointments. Manage calendars, coordinate and update daily appointments using own judgment in the absence of direct instructions
• Compose and prepare correspondences, arranging reports, agendas and minutes of meetings. Well-organized and comfortable working with teams across various functions.
• Fix up internal & external meeting and ensure timelines are met as per deliverable needs.
• Anticipate, plan and ensure meticulous travel arrangements which are often complex and highly flexible .Travel Management services International/Domestic: Booking air tickets, hotels, cars, passports, foreign exchange, international credit cards and visas for Managers and ensure Itinerary is fully updated with all necessary details.
• Expenses Reimbursement: Claims for respective directors for travel, dinner, Monthly claims & other on timely basis.
• Anticipate, plan and ensure meticulous travel arrangements which are often complex and highly flexible
• Generate consolidate reports in form of Presentation (in Excel and Power paint)
• Analysis and preparation of daily reports that gives a view to analyze current and previous sales performance.
• Prepare Reports & Update trackers daily / weekly / Monthly to accurate information on business
• Coordination & Follow-ups with teams to obtain data
