THC Consulting & Advisory Services Looking For Head of Admin and Operations at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

• Day-to-day management of administrative functions of the organization, which includes managing the accounts team.
• Monthly, quarterly, annual financial planning and forecasting in consultation with Managing Trustees and Directors.
• Making sure the Director and programming team prepare the annual calendar of festivals.
• Budgeting for various festivals after reviewing plans and budgets in advance.
• Planning and executing operational activities for festivals.
• Reviewing expenses during and after the festivals.
• Report preparation and presentation after every festival.
• Monitoring government subsidies and other funding needs.
• Periodic report submission for the funds received.
• Quarterly P&L review and submission during the board meeting.
• Quarterly board meeting preparation and report presentation.
• Drafting hiring plan and execution as per timelines.
• Drafting, updating, reviewing organizational policies on a Periodic basis.
• Reviewing and approving monthly and other periodic expenses, payments and revenue which includes salaries, statutory payments, vendor,troupe, performer payments.
• Finalizing leave policy, attendance and leaves management of all employees.
• Employee benefits policies management like insurance, bonus,incentives etc.
• Vendor and other contract reviews and management
• Periodic government scheme reviews and liaison with concerned authorities.
• Resource selection and liaison for new projects.
• Periodic revenue review and inputs to improve revenue streams.
• Suggesting additional revenue sources in consultation with Artistic Directors.
• Funding for new projects in consultation with Artistic Directors.
• Periodic employee performance parameters, policies, probation and appraisal reviews.
• Prepare in consultation with the board a projected achievements list.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in administrative and operations management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local language familiarity is highly desirable.
