Position : HR Admin

Location : Mangalore Karnataka

Qualification : Graduation And Above (BSW, MSW or MBA in HR)

Language: Kannada and English (Written and Verbal)

Experience : Above 2 years’ in human resource management

Salary : as per the industry Standards

Other Document: Two wheeler License

Responsibilities

· Ensure adequate , optimal and competent Human resources for smooth operations

· Ensure compliance to all applicable statutory norms

· Manage the interface between HRM processes and systems

· Act as the conscience of employer with respect to people issues

· Analyze work processes and recommend improvements where necessary

· Advise management on implications of change for employees

· Co-ordinate & facilitate the change process.

· Deliberate and proactive management of the changing environment and its implications for work and the organization

· Manage occupational health and safety

· Manage wellbeing (Employee Assistance programs & Health Promotion programs)

· Execute the L&D program’s as per the schedules

· Monitor the employee performance and ensure reward and recognitions and career development for the employees.
