We are hiring for Export Marketing Executive for one of our reputed clients.Location: AhmedabadExperience: Min 3 years (Exp required in yarn marketing)Salary: Upto 65kJob Responsibilities:> To prepare all post shipment documents under L/C terms and conditions> To Prepare MIS report>To prepare Shipping instructions For BL and responsible till BL approval and BL release.> To co-ordinate with shipping lines, forwarders and CHA regarding shipments.> To Keep Track of the export Shipments> To Track cargo From POL to POD> To take docs approval from buyers in case of CAD documents.> To Handle Correspondence on Mail. (Internal and External)> To arrange other shipping documents like preferential or non-preferential Certificate> To apply for fumigation and phytosanitary drafts, approval, and till release.> To provide shipment schedule, shipment advise, insurance advice, non-negotiable Documents to the buyer.> Responsible for payment and maintain records of sea freight of each shipping line foreach And every shipment.> Also responsible for NOC preparation and processing for cargo release at POD inabsence of original BL in the case of short transit time Strive towards developing new customers for companies range of products in assigned territories. Keep customers updated about the order shipments. Aggressive follow-up with customers for payment collection.
