IT Infrastructure and Operations is looking for an Enthusiastic Associate IT Access Administrator to join at Bangalore, India team to support on-boarding non-Boeing contract employees into Boeing.
Position Responsibilities:
Account Administration – Provision appropriate accounts and assist with proper access methods
Create, renew, and disable BEMS IDs; Badge requests and renewal; SecureToken; SecureBadge; Windows; Email, BART resources, Identity Vetting; WS/ADM accounts; Active Directory permissions.
Position will work in US shift timings to support cross functional teams, Willing to support a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule and the ability to work variable shifts.
Windows, Outlook (Boeing Email address) account creation.
Export Compliance Status (EPSS).
Identity Vetting and Citizenship verification
Delegate authority for multiple sponsoring IT & non-IT managers and changing sponsoring managers when needed.
Consultation on methods and processes to create, maintain, revise and troubleshoot computing accounts and access.
Providing metrics and reports on activities related to account management.
Collaborate with supplier company focals.
Provide consultation and guidance for on-boarding non-Boeing employees and access questions.
Collaboration with end users, service providers, and other support organizations to resolve customer issues that are referred to us by Information Security.
Create and maintain process documentation.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES TO WORK IN US SHIFT HOURS (10PM -7AM IST).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree is required or an equivalent master degree is desired.
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 to 8 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 4 to 7 years’ related work experience etc.)
Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
iPad support experience desirable.
Collaboration skills.
Position will work in US shift timings to support cross functional teams, Willing to support a 24/7 on-call schedule and the ability to work variable shifts.
Ability to collaborate with peers and work within a small team environment.
Cooperative, detail oriented and customer service dedicated.
Possess a willing and professional attitude to support external airline customers and instructor pilots.
Organization of process documentation and trouble ticket reporting.
Ability to apply, support, and follow all IT company security guidelines.
Ability to multi-task and manage projects
Willingness to work on and perform repetitive routine on-boarding processes.
Project management skills desired
