Boeing India Integrated Solution Platforms team, which leads digital transformation of Boeing through continuous delivery of cost optimized common services and innovative technology products is looking for a Experienced Software Programmer Analyst – Integrations to spearhead our integration efforts. This team constantly uses modern tools and technology along with SAFe methodology to develop integrations and products. Also, this role leads strategic direction, provide solutions and drives business value to keep Boeing and its partners connected in the most innovative, efficient and effective way.

We are looking for a passionate individual to create, own, and continuously improve strategic and tactical direction for the Software Development and engage in product/integrations development for seamless connections between systems and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and support design through delivery of robust solutions.

• Work very closely with product manager, UX designer and/or architect and collaborate within agile teams to drive user story/tasks creation along with design and development activities.

• Leverage current tech-stack experience with knowledge and understanding of go-forward platforms and technologies to execute on the architecture runway – building integrations that set new standards and propel us into modernized solutions that maximize value.

• Automation using DevSecOps and other available tools to expedite the product development achieving First Time Quality

• Utilize Cloud Service Provider (CSP) expertise to optimize our strategy of cloud-based integrations leveraging the power of AWS, Azure, and GCP to deploy and manage integrations efficiently.

• Tackle integration challenges head-on and ensure smooth operations.

• Keep an eye on emerging integration trends and best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.

• Work with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners, across different cultures and time-zones.

• Foster an environment of growth by mentoring team members and encouraging innovation.

Qualifications:

• Hands on knowledge in designing and developing full stack modules/components using latest tools & technology frameworks like Java 8/11/J2EE, Spring framework / Springboot, Javascript, NodeJS, REST.

• Experience working in developing services (sync and async) using Microservices Architecture and Design patterns.

• Experience in containerization technologies using Docker, Kubernetes.

• Must have experience in implementing Enterprise Integration patterns using Apache Camel.

• Good hands-on expertise in one or more Cloud platforms – AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP

• Experience in implementing API management features using IBM API connect, Google Apigee

• Strong knowledge and experience with Kafka Connect, KAFKA Streaming, Brokers, API frameworks, Pub/Sub patterns.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD for automating software build, test, and deployment processes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to communicate with and influence people at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Jquery.

• Demonstrated knowledge of systems and processes in large and complex business environment.

• Expertise in design, develop and implementation of highly distributed enterprise solutions with cloud native approach.

• SAFe certifications and other relevant technical certifications are plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Technical bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree and typically 8 to 12 years of related work experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
