WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the IT Senior KPI Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for both managing IT Service KPIs and reporting initiatives. You will be responsible for the overall quality of the Analytics and reporting processes within the IT Service function. The IT Senior KPI Optimization Manager will be embedded within the KPI Optimization Center of Excellence (CoE) and overall, in the global IT Service function.

The purpose of this new role is to improve the analytics and reporting capabilities across the IT Service function.

In this new position, you will concept and define the ITS reporting strategy and the attached processes. You will define, track and set up relevant KPI and their visualization in dashboards, reports and analytics. You will steer the alignment and interfaces between Data Engineers and the ITS team to ensure relevant data is available and accessible. You will actively drive the integration of tools to increase data-based information and decision-making processes.

As a member of the ITS Transformation team, you will manage a team of part-time CoE members and report to the ITS Transformation Director.
YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Responsible to manage the ITS KPI CoE team
• Consulting and support of the ITS function in planning and implementation of reporting and analytics requirements
• Holistic support from requirements analysis, conception, implementation and test phase to the productive implementation of KPI projects
• Accountable for all aspects in relation to data quality, data analysis, KPI definition, and testing & deployment
• Identification of demand and opportunities in the area of reporting and analytics
• Collaboration with internal and external data owners and technology leads to ensure source data quality aligns with business needs
• Creation of ad hoc analyses and data queries
• Visualization of reporting and analytics requirements in the existing frontends (Tableau, Power BI)
• Collaboration in or management of projects according to agile and classical methods
• Consult with analysts to build and continuously improve a variety of data products that create value for our business
• Collaborate with L3 teams to get access to new datasets, the most out of our existing ones, and ensure usability of data
• Evaluate/report how successfully and useful a report / KPI is

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Education

• B.Sc. or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, IT or another technical subject area

Experience / Knowledge

• 5-8 years of KPI management and related experience
• Proficient in the business intelligence & analytics space, including experience working in large-scale business
• Proven track record of working directly with business and technology partners to understand objectives and translate to data and KPI solutions.
• Experience and knowledge of how to design reports and how to improve the UX
• Experience and knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
• Practical experience in project and process management
