Job Summary
Responsibility-
Providing the customer support at the outlets.
· Handling customer queries and providing proper services
· Allotment of the tasks to the ground staff and ensuring the minimum TAT.
· Achieving the assigned sales/service targets.
Allotment of the tasks to the ground staff technicians as and when required.
Should Have:
· Knowledge of working in customer support operations preferably in automobile industry.
· Multitasking,relationship management with customers.
· Well groomed,presentable and disciplined
. Four Wheeler Driving Must.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (Preferred)
