ROLE PROFILE : Sr. MANAGER EB2B – FBO

KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Summary of the Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for leading accelerated deployment of transformational initiatives, such as WABI, and ensure agile execution of O2O strategies in FBOs.
The success parameter for the incumbent is to drive efficiencies and effectiveness for KO System with all O2O initiatives.
Collaborate with the FBO Teams on WABI expansion plans, by consulting with them to set up their own Team to further this agenda
Lead accelerated deployment of transformational initiatives, such as WABI, and ensure agile execution of O2O strategies in FBOs
Collaborate with C & CL team & ensure effective execution of e-retailers and FSA strategies in line with global & INSWA O2O vision.
Engage with bottlers on O2O strategies, Business Plan commitments and deliver constant execution improvements
Partner with existing business functions, like C&CL, IMX (Integrated marketing), Platform Services to apply the respective capabilities on initiatives to shape incremental growth opportunities in FBOs.
Lead WABI expansion agenda with FBO alongside partner with the bottlers to set up their WABI/O2O teams, therefore be instrumental in setting equity partnership with WABI and FBO.

WABI is the first KO owned digital ecosystem that integrates end to end the relation of Consumers, disaggregated stores, manufactures and fulfillers allowing to generate new business models, monetizing the relationship with our clients/Consumers and customers and leveraging on the physical strengths of our system with the bottlers. It helps the System to fully understand our consumers and their buying habits while also understanding the full grocery and QSR business, giving us a unique position in the market
This role will manage the local execution of WABI initiatives/other O2O initiatives with time
Understand WABI &O2O ecosystem vision, proposed growth strategy, and work on required scale efforts with the Bottlers
Localize WABI & O2O execution and implementation plans based on OU knowledge in FBO
As needed, work with the Global WABI/O2O team to provide technology to Bottlers & CPGs in order to achieve the WABI goals of assuring TCCC IP leadership
Provide needed inputs to WABI’s business intelligence team, one of the transformational pillars for the KO System and for value creation of WABI Company & other O2O strategies
Implement WABI franchise and JV models
Implement communication & PR strategy provided from Global WABI team
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
5+ years of leadership experience
Strong understanding of TCCC and KO System Properties’ businesses
Experience influencing large groups
Experience working with bottlers
Strong global business acumen with experience working in different geographies around the world
Ability to translate global priorities into local business solutions and partner with respective functions to determine how new venture fits into the OU’s growth agenda

Understand strategic rationale for OU and bottlers to deploy O2O ECOSYSTEM in the OU
Support global team in understanding the evolving relationship between O2O ECOSYSTEM, TCCC owned marketplaces and partners
Develop partnerships to collaborate at each state or city level

Define course of action to select technology solutions from options offered by partners in order to minimize future technological debt & flaws
Provide input on possible new features and additions to the ecosystem to warrant sustainability (e.g., addition of an electronic wallet, B2B module to offer sell in services to small customers)

Analyze funnel cashflow to day to day operations
Provide inputs to global O2O team’s budget approval and management process
Track performance, profitability and return on investment for execution of WABI or New Ventures roll out
Communication Focus
Inside TCCC: Collaborate with global team to obtain approval of funding for project execution, manage execution / implementation team, report on execution success, With all Franchise Bottlers
Outside TCCC (in tandem with Global WABI team)
Come to terms with bottler groups top management worldwide (e.g. top commercial corporate officers @ Amatil, BIG, FEMSA, Hellenic) to integrate disruptive e-commerce processes that will connect directly to bottler’s customers with those already existing at the bottlers. Reach agreements down the bottler chain of command to the field to get new processes implemented
Expose processes and initiatives led by TCCC to government officials and policy makers. (e.g. Argentina Secretary of Commerce) in order to project TCCC Corporate leadership in the Digital field
Negotiate partnership with senior leadership of other CPGs companies worldwide within the ecosystem developed and operated by TCCC
