Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement ‘The Fragrance People’ SMM strategy across multiple channels with an emphasis on Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram
• Set and meet social media milestones and goals.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for social media marketing
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all primary metrics
• Develop and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign, reporting regularly on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments on producing top-quality content for consumption.
• Public relations management

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Specializes in paid media and brand building.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and other social media best practices.
• A strong understanding of internet trends is highly preferred.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and able to express ideas creatively.
