Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable trade laws and regulations, including import and export requirements.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and review trade compliance documentation, including shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Training: Provide training and support to employees on trade compliance requirements and best practices.
• Market Research: Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including logistics, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless trade compliance.
