Location: Mandideep, Bhopal

Position: Executive/ Senior Officer Maintenance

Summary:

To be responsible for maintenance of Ammonia Compressor, Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Steam Boiler, Water Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Argon Welding, Mechanical Workshop etc.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• To monitor and upkeep daily records, shifts, machine wise.
• To monitor daily preventive maintenance scheduled adherence 100%
• To co-ordinate with OEMs in case of machine breakdown.
• To ensure that gauge’s fixture and instruments are available in workshop and on the machine.
• To ensure that daily care is taken while machine are operated.
• Responsible in safe operations of critical activities tasks such as shut down, start up, manual operations upon request and approval, emergency shutdown etc.
• To ensure that there is no wastage of energies like Power, Steam, and water.
• To maintain the Audit documents.
• Provide improvement ideas and waste reduction initiatives to keep the utilities plant operating at optimum condition.
• Participate in any other site wide activities to drive Safety First behaviour, due diligence in operational discipline, work process improvements etc.
• Give Training for new employees / workmen regarding the works and safety procedures,

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of TPM, MTBF /MTTR, Electrical Panel, Switch gears, ACB / VCB, VRV, DG sets, Compressor, Six Sigma tools.
• B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry
