Job Description

Set up quote into standard quote templates which include developing suppliers tab for all parts to be sent out for quoting, formatting subassemblies, and Submitting Monthly reports on questions. Analyze, compare and interpret detailed and sometimes poorly defined information; make sound and accurate judgments based on previous knowledge. Assist in identification of prices and preparation for parts to be sent out for quotation through Quote. Execute material quotation process, as needed, by gathering and analyzing cost data. Use SyteLine and Excel to summarize analyses. Identify and work to resolve problems that develop, escalating problems encountered to manager in a timely manner when necessary, with recommendations for solutions. Together with rate structures for each bid. Serve as key member of final bid/quote review team. Recommend more efficient and proficient processes. Responsible for preparing material portion of quotes using current pricing, including calculating excess charges based on min/max buys. As previous prices which have been quoted for relevant companies the same prices will be collected from accounts department and make the drafts questions. Confirmations for the draft questions to be done by relevant management and forwarding the questions to the customers after 100% confirmation. Preparing monthly reports on questions to relevant TY code. (Persons) Preparing the questions as per the details provided by marketing persons and confirmation same by relevant TY code (Persons). Relevant Documentation work.
