4. HR Monthly Reports as per Corporate Standards
5. Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar in co-ordination with HOD’S Monitoring STARS at the unit.
6. Conducting Town hall meeting
7. Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis Performance Management System for Staff and Liaison with Staff Welfare Union and
8. Executives Management Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems
9. Liaison with all Government Agencies Administration of all Contract Labour
