With a strong presence in the market since 2007, we have scaled smooth growth in the market, getting latest technology to India thus being the torch bearer of latest treatment and technologies.We have catered to the niche strata of clientele from Pune and around.We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager ( Female only) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Speak to sales leads and provide information about various services.
• Consult the walk-in one on one and turn the lead into business.
• Upselling and cross selling within the departments.
• Telephonic conversations with all the enquiries generated through various marketing sources.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Maintain company records and data management according to protocols.

Managing the sales process by responding to enquiries

• Working closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Service Managers to provide feedback from clients about service requirements.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and services
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
• helping the sales team to reach targets
• encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc
• potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
• Speaking to all incoming enquiries over the phone and making outbound calls.
• Creating sales channel.
