Job Description

• Preparation of information memorandum as well as credit appraisal notes asper understanding the client requirements for Debt Syndication, Private Equity and Merger & Acquisition
• Prepare Financial & Valuation Models and perform financial analysis of companies.
• Monitor chosen industry for current events, valuations, financials and market intelligence.
• Analyze market trends, qualify investment opportunities and build strong investment cases
• Gather data from various public sources, government websites and economic databases. Analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, trends & themes.
• Build and maintain detailed company financial models, analyze industry data and develop sector databases
• Review annual reports, financial filings, trade publications, and other sources in order to gather, synthesize and interpret data
• Write short notes/commentary for internal presentations.

Qualifiction

• CA/MBA (Finance major preferred)
• Past Experience as credit analyst will be preferred
• Self -ownership and commited to make a difference
