Job Brief:-
In order to manage and analyse customer interactions and data across the course of the customer lifecycle, we are seeking a CRM (customer relationship management) specialist.
This involves activities like keeping tabs on sales and customer interactions, figuring out customer wants and trends, and putting that knowledge to use to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
A CRM expert may also be in charge of managing and teaching other team members to use CRM software and systems, as well as implementing and maintaining CRM software and systems.
