About the Role: We are looking for Male enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us as Probationary Officer(Male Only) . This internship offers on-the-job training, certified by the government, providing you with an excellent opportunity to enhance your customer service and communication skills. After completing the 1 Years , high-performing candidates will be promoted to the role of Assistant Manager, with the potential for further career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business,

Revenue generations through Cross Selling products & Interest Collection,

Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those

relationships.

Customer Relationship and Follow-up,

Maintenance of important registers and daily reports,

Cash Management and accounting

Direct Marketing of Cross selling products at branches for insurance/mutual fund/Personal Loan/Home Loan and other allied products.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: MBA (with at least 60% marks in graduation ).

Experience: Fresher MBA Recently Passed from 2024 TO 2025 or Experienced also can apply with relevant work experience in banking, finance, or related sectors.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills With English & Regional Language

Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and services.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Target-driven and results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in MS Office

The job is transferable hence male candidates are preferred.
