l Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business.
l Revenue generation through cross selling products and interest collection
l Maintain good relationships with clients so that business can maximise the value of those relationships.
l Customer relationship and follow – up
l Maintenance of importance register and daily reports
l Cash management and Accounting
l Direct Marketing of cross selling products at branches for insurance/mutual funds/personal loan/Home loan and other allied products.
Criteria
60% and above without backlogs for MBA.
70% and above without backlogs for M.Com.
