About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. 1. Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
2. Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
3. Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

Responsibilities

• Implement a new HRMS and transition the data and processes.
• Cascade the new HRMS driven processes in organization and coaching the people to manage the change and transition
• Run the HR related part of the payroll process through system
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s culture, policies, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and training records.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for review and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all HR practices.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, policies, and systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR practices and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or related roles is preferred, with a strong understanding of HR fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to handle complex HR issues.
• Expertise on HRMS and HR Data management
• proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
