The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

• Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
• Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
• Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

About The/Nudge Social Entrepreneurship:

We have graduated 9 cohorts of the The/Nudge incubator comprising 96 organizations and supported over 150 founders. We have graduated 3 cohorts of The/Nudge Accelerator comprising 16 organizations and our ongoing cohort has 8 organizations. We have disbursed over Rs. 37 crores in innovation grants and have a high selectivity rate of

At The/Nudge you will:

• Support the Managing Partner, Social Entrepreneurship in executing various programs and managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
• Organize and manage events and meetings including boot camps
• Collect and manage documents to fulfill compliance requirements as per legal regulations
• Collate and analyze data to draw insights in the context of any ‘research ask’ as appropriate for team needs
• Work with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, and Fundraising) w.r.t to operations as required

• Good academic record
• 0-2 years of work experience
• Experience in managing events
• Can work with multiple stakeholders under a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to learn fast and are good at multitasking
