Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)r
Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agentsr
Schedule shiftsr
Ensure timely and accurate customer servicer
Handle complaints and specific customers requestsr
Troubleshoot emergenciesr
Monitor stock and order office suppliesr
Ensure proper mail distributionr
Prepare and monitor office budgetr
Keep updated records of office expenses and costsr
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are metr
r r Requirements and skillsr r

Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception managerr
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)r
Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping proceduresr
Proficiency in English (oral and written)r
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Wordr
Excellent communication and people skillsr
Good organizational and multitasking abilitiesr
Problem-solving skillsr
High School diploma; additional certification is a plusr
Education: Any Graduate
