Salary: upto 66000 (depending on past compensation) + Equity

The organization: We are a UK-based company that aims to transform how students in India learn English – making it higher quality yet more affordable. Our program will let anyone, anywhere, teach and learn excellent spoken English. We have been selected and supported as an outstanding education intervention by Peter Thiel and Tyler Cowan’s Emergent Ventures, GSV, the London Mayor’s business program, the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, and the Indian National Skill Development Corporation.

The role: We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to handle the implementation of our academic program in schools

• End to End Ownership of about 15 schools on the basis of location and no. of students.
• Conduct ongoing training, observation, and feedback for teachers.
• Data management of students and teachers.
• Build rapport and have a good relationship with the assigned school leadership/principals.
• Interested and involved in Student Learning Outcomes.
• Report to and liaison with the City head regularly to update the progress.

The candidate: An ideal candidate for this role has

• Excellent English Communication skills – ability to read and speak fluently with a neutral accent.
• Ability to connect with teachers and have some teacher training experience.
• Ability to pick up and learn new technology and pedagogy.
• Ability to travel extensively across the city to schools
• A creative and enthusiastic approach.
• Loves connecting with people on-field.
• Passion for teaching and learning new things.

Requirements:

• Preferably owns a vehicle (2/4 wheeler).
• Located or can relocate Lucknow (No relocation expenses will be paid).
• Good Internet / Data pack connection and power back-up.
• Android phone (for the QE App) and a working Laptop (we have a bring your own device policy)
