Job Title: Operations and Administration Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations and Administration Executive to support our daily operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks related to operations, including data entry, file management, scheduling, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
● Support project coordination by organizing project files and tracking project timelines.
● Provide support for office operations such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
● Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
● Provide assistance with special projects as assigned by the Operations and Administration team.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
7. Knowledge on any CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software)
This is a night shift job!
