Role of a Office Runner

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

• Communicate with parents, students and guests. …
• Perform typical clerical duties. …
• Provide administrative support to staff by . …
• Plan and organise events and activities. …
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager/Team Leader
• To respond to each Guest who approaches
• Handling complains with good communication skill
• Attend calls and update portal as per follow up…
• Communicate to Different Departments as per their visitors
• Provide phone support services when operationally required (overflow, backup for phone resources)

• Managing different employee record , visitor registers and other registers .

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Front-office attendant , office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Soft Spoken By Nature.
• Honest, Hardworking & Self Motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
