Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by regular followup & by giving service reference information

Maintains database by new business leads and existing customers

Attending project meeting with Manager, taking minutes of the meeting, creating a proposal document

Do follow up calls to understand their business status Coordinating with internal team members for fast resolution of customer query

Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing the Office in the absence of MD Attending customer

Meetings on behalf of the organization Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Email, Answering Calls & Liaising with Clients Competently, Managing Electronic Diary Planning & Organising Meetings Attending Meetings Taking Action Points & Writing Minutes, Preparing Papers for Meetings
